Shipping Questions:
Do you charge for shipping? It depends upon what you order.

If I need cards sent priority mail, do you offer this option? Yes. We can send your cards priority mail once the cards have been completed. Some cards can take up to a week in design and completion, so once they are done we can send them priority to you. But ideally, you won’t have this issue if you sign-up for Unforgettable Cards because we will be keeping track of your special occasions and automatically sending your cards within four weeks of each occasion. What if my greeting cards are damaged in the mail? We mail all fragile cards through a process called “hand cancelled” which reduces the chance of damage. Unforgettable Cards Greeting Card Service Questions:
If you personalize each greeting card, how do you know what to design for each person on my Unforgettable Cards Sign-Up Form? When you complete the sign-up form, you will enter each person’s special interests in a separate column. This may include favorite color, hobbies, passions, etc. If you don’t know their special interests, then we will create a fashionable feminine or masculine card along with the person’s name on the card. Many of our current customers have trusted us to create a fashionable card for each person on their sign-up form.
What if I don’t know the special interests of a person that I am sending the card to? No problem at all. This happens all of the time. If you don’t know the person’s special interests, then just type on the form that you would like a stylish feminine or masculine card. We will design a card that you will be proud to send.
Can you design a card for any occasion? Absolutely. On the sign up form, we have listed many occasions for you to choose. However, if your occasion is not listed, just type the occasion into the Special Interests section of the form.
If I sign up for the greeting card service, when will I receive each greeting card? We will mail the greeting card directly to you approximately four weeks prior to each occasion that you list on the sign-up form. This will give you time to mail it if necessary.

How can I add or delete names on my Unforgettable Cards sign up form? If you need to make changes, contact Customer Service at

If I am an existing customer, how can I see the list of original names that I submitted on my Unforgettable Cards Sign Up Form? You have two options.

If I sign up for Unforgettable Cards, will this continue for future years or do I have to submit my names again next year? One of the big benefits of Unforgettable Cards is that once you submit your names, occasions, and their special interests, we will design a hand crafted, personalized greeting card and automatically send the card to you every year.
How many names can I submit for the Unforgettable Cards Greeting Card Service? Unlimited. We will keep track and automatically design and mail a custom card for as many people as you would like.
Are envelopes included in the price? Yes. One envelope is included with each greeting card.
Can you attach a stamp to each envelope? Yes. Included in the cost is a first class stamp in case you have to forward the card.
Do I have to contact you every year to renew this service? Most of our customers auto-renew, which will automatically renew your service every year. However, we will email you every year to confirm and ensure that we have an updated list of names for that calendar year.
Can I give the Unforgettable Cards Greeting Card Service as a gift to someone else? Yes. We have had many requests for gift cards. Please contact Customer Service at

Packaged Note Card Questions:

How many note cards and envelopes are included in each package? There are twelve note cards and twelve envelopes in each package.
Miscellaneous:
What makes your greeting cards different from other greeting card companies? The greeting cards that we design are all hand crafted and made with high quality materials. Most of our cards are also customized and personalized for each person. Our customers tell us that they notice a difference immediately with the quality of the card. Do I have to set up an account or “Sign In” before purchasing any products? No. However, there are advantages to setting up an account, so we encourage our new and existing customers to complete this process. If you set up an account, your shipping and billing information will be saved so that your next purchase will be easier. In addition, you can review previous orders including your sign up form for the Unforgettable Cards Greeting Card Service. Setting up an account is easy and has many benefits, but it is not required.
Are your prices competitive with other greeting card businesses? Yes. Even though our greeting cards are customized and made with the highest of quality, we provide an economical price so that our cards can be affordable to as many people as possible.
Do I have to pay tax on my order? Due to the moratorium and “nexus” law on internet sales tax, if your shipping address is in Illinois, you will be charged tax during checkout. If your shipping address is outside of Illinois, then no tax will be charged.
What is your return policy? If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, we will exchange or provide a refund for any returns within 30 days of when the product was shipped. To request a return, contact Customer Service at
