Shipping, Return, and Tax Policies:
Shipping Policy:If ordering Unforgettable Cards Greeting Card Service: All shipping costs are included when you sign up for our Greeting Card Service. No shipping will be charged during the checkout process.
If ordering Packaged Note Cards: The shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout process. You will find our shipping costs to be comparable with standard parcel service shipping rates plus packaging.
Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, we will exchange or provide a refund for any returns within 30 days of the day the product was shipped. Once you contact us, we will ask for the product to be shipped back to us. We will refund the value of the card plus tax (if applicable) once the card is received. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Tax Policy:
Due to the moratorium and “nexus” law on internet sales tax, if your shipping address is in Illinois, you will be charged tax during checkout. If your shipping address is outside of Illinois, no tax will be charged.
